Meh. I was once characterized as the straightest man in Miami.

My wife brought home The Hero a couple of nights ago. Sam Elliott was good in it. Unfortunately, his performance was in the service of a by-the-numbers script that embraced too many clichés about aging, loss, and regret.

I recommend it only for Elliott's performance. The film as a whole was undistinguished.

I watched Gifted (2017).  IMO, this film is very well done.  I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in genius/intellectual giftedness.  In addition, the film's positive message about valuing the connections that we as people make with one another and other sentient life-forms (pets in the film), is quite beautiful and warm.

That was a cute movie. I'm a sucker for animation. I can't help it, I'm a kid at heart.

I wanted to see that movie. If you like it, I guess I can't hold off on watching it any longer.

Finally got around to "Logan." Now I'm asking myself why I put this one off so long.

I still hope they can talk Hugh Jackman into reprising the role once more, to play in a "Deadpool" movie. Those two characters together would be amazing.

So still quite gay then.

You might like Hidden Figures.

Compared to some folks I knew there, not so much.

They need Nick Frost to be a Deadpool protagonist.

I'm like that with movies, too. I wait forever to watch it, then when I do I chastise myself for having waited so long to watch it.
