The Changeling, I remember seeing this in the theater over 40 years ago. George C. Scott is excellent in this film, it's about a man trying to move on after his wife and daughter are killed in an accident right in front of him.
He moves cross country to Seattle(our current location) to lecture on music, and ends up renting a huge old house with a dark history.
It's an excellent ghost/haunted house film. If you haven't seen it, I'd recommend it.

Lord of Misrule - a British film about the old pagan religions still existing in spite of what christianity is trying to do to destroy it. Very well made.
