Maybe they wanted to be in the movie? Childhood favorite of theirs?

So, you're saying that these two are more than just highly attractive bags of estrogen, that they might be talented people who chose roles based on more than they way they look?  Is THAT what you're saying??

Scarlett often whispers to me late at night. I keep telling her I'm still stocking up on ammo.

No clue who the other one is. Hell, I didn't know Beyonce was black until a few weeks ago.

I only watched dubbed anime series. Movies don't capture me these days. I guess I'm getting old.

Was less boring than The Godfather though, just purely by being fucked up as hell. Made it watchable. The main character was such a creep he distinctly reminded me of Excited Penguin!

In fairness, Travis was a deeply troubled Vietnam vet.

Excited Penguin came by his creepiness naturally.

It's all natural dude!

And whilst not a Vietnam vet, he may have been through some fucked up shit Tongue What's it like in Moldavia? That's where EP lives lol.

But yeah, they're both creepy fuckers.

Hector and The Search for Happiness.
It's an okay film. Nothing too bad; maybe it's trying to be a much greater film than it really is, but to be honest, I honestly like it. Why? Well, the two things that make it memorable for me go down to two actors who probably have a combined total of 15 minutes' worth of screen time. The first is Jean Reno playing a drug lord with a depressed wife (he's always good). The second is Veronica Ferres, playing hippy-dippy patient Anjali. There's just something about her that I can't explain. I hope some of you might figure it out:

Seriously, I'd put up with a lot of New Age bullshit if I had any chance of getting those 8.5s out of those Birks (though I suspect I'd draw the line at hard-line animal rights prattle). Seriously, it was a Chinese hooker who made him wonder about the benefits of having a second wife and not the prepetually discalced blonde who could very well be into that sort of thing (especially if her last scene is any indication)?
