Seared Chicken and Fregola Sarda with salsa verde, corn and tomato.

That might have been the most delicious thing I ever cooked.

I have a menu now. If you get checked in at a weird in betweens time they just bring you whatever they have some of. It took so long to get the IV situation taken care of that lunch was already over but I was crazy hungry.

In fact, I swear a lot of the free hospital meals last time I stayed overnight in a hospital was microwave food!

I'm looking after four kids today while their mothers are at work, so I'm making a picnic lunch for them to take to the park.One of them said she doesn't like immature cheddar. Lol.
