I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:

"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. To answer some questions, I'm a cardiac surgeon who also has training, and experience, in emergency medicine. Hence the reason I always seem to get dragged into working A&E (ER) during busy holiday seasons - Christmas/New Years.
I get to spend what seems to be a lot of time here because, especially at the moment, I'm doing paperwork, consulting with others, doing patient reviews and assessments, and breaking in an intern. Despite what you may see on TV, paperwork takes up most of my time. You probably won't see me later on in the week when I'm scheduled for my first surgeries of the year.
And, no, I haven't had a boob job. If you were to see that entire picture you'd see I was pushing my tits together.
Oh, and I'm not *necessarily* insane. I just have a warped, dark and, sometimes, disturbing sense of humour. And that developed, as it does in many in my line of work, as a defence mechanism.

Nothing really special about it. Everyone has their jobs they specialise in. My one happens to be messy.

Oh oh Beccs!!!
My oldest was born with Atrio ventricular canal defect. She had it repaired at 4 months old. She's doing great but still has mild to moderate valve leakage and goes for check ups yearly.
I love being able to toss around medical terms when I can
