The judging contest that goes on when it comes to other women is laughably ridiculous. If she's got a gorgeous guy, she's jealous of the girl who seems happier with the "fug."

The guy I described is the only man I have ever called - still call - my king. When he's around, I don't have to be summery...he fills that part of my heart up like a bright lazy June day. So keep your pretty boy toys, girls. I'll stick to the ones who match up to that feeling - "lookers" or no.

The love of my life is 5'10", so we are the same height. She is, however, all of 130 pounds, so I have 100 of those on her. She has two doctorates (MD, and a PhD in neurology), so her academic clout makes mine seem rather lightweight. Distance is a bitch, but we're building bridges. This summer will prove interesting.
