I have the same thing. Sometimes I'm deep in thought, and a stranger will run up to me and say, "Cheer up mate! It might never happen!"
Then everything turns kind of blurry... I snap back into conciousness, the street has cleared and I'm standing on the bloodied decapitated remains of the stranger. He's even got some of his guts on my chainsaw somehow.
