The court of appeal has overturned a controversial judgment that children under the age of 16 considering gender reassignment are unlikely to be mature enough to give informed consent to be prescribed puberty-blocking drugs.
The appeal court judges stressed that it was established legal principle that “it was for clinicians rather than the court to decide on competence [to consent]”.

Trump's camp whom hired a private "audit company" to re-audit the government audit, came to the same conclusion the government audit came to in Arizona in that Biden won. What are they going to say now>
In addition Texas governor is ordering a new audit in, of all places, Texas, but only 3 counties, two of which Biden won, and one where while Trump won, Biden did better than expected.
This is all fucking nonsense. It's been almost a year since the election, and all these assholes on the right are doing is feeding conspiracy nuts to keep their base.

That's because their base are single issue partisans. They're no longer conservatives, as they believe there's nothing left to conserve. Original america is gone, and the descendants of the original inhabitants are being replaced. That the majority of votes cast are not cast by real americans, and so..no matter the numbers, the government is illegitimate.
In other news, facebook knowingly assisted with human trafficking until apple threatened to remove them from the store. They didn't want to "alienate buyers".

I got repeated billing from Airgas for my oxygen bottle on my torch rig - even though I owned my tank....
I had swapped cylinders through them - and they were trying to say I rented the tank from them...
But - oddly - they could not find my " rental agreement". (As it did not exist).
They finally backed off when I threatened them with a lawyer....
How come nobody is going after those pricks?
