It's not you that gets to choose the sense of the definition of "consider" and nobody else here is confused about the way it was used. I suspect you aren't either given that you chose to omit the first two senses of the definition (another demonstration of your intellectual dishonesty) and are once again off to play your typical game of obfuscation because you have nothing pertinent to contribute. You should still look up what distinction without a difference means.
