In most cases I think she should carry it to term, but I think I'd leave that decision to her.
I won't belittle this statement, because I think this is a little bit of a shift from your stance at the beginning of this thread.
I hope you see, Lek, that it is possible to be morally against something but support every person's right to make their own choices, even if you disagree with them.
