If the God of the Bible is fine with abortions, I rather wonder how anyone who claims to be a Christian can be against abortions.
The simple fact is, most Christians just ignore the Bible when they want to do so, and just pretend that it says what they want it to say.
These verses are not about abortion, but refer to the woman having a womb that will not be able to produce children.
Now we know (in case there was any doubt beforehand) that your reading comprehension is fairly nonexistent.
