It goes around and around getting nowhere.
The brain is made of matter so if one type of matter can generate consciousness why
is not possible that all type of matter can do the same including the magic boulder?
But again to me the consciousness is not a product of the brain.
It is only housing the consciousness.
In any case are you a racist that believe that one type of matter is better than other types of matter?
What you do not understand is that the small get big as it goes in his journey to evolution.
The human brain is so much more evolved because it house a developed consciousness as that of a human being.
This doesn't mean that less developed consciousness can also be contain in less developed form of lives. 

Oh, by the way i reckon that that poor donkey has more chances to get up in the evolution scale that someone who go on with swearing and talking bull.

Considering that I have a consistent life/sexual partner and as far as I know we're both fertile, I probably have better chances to reproduce (and therefore "get up in the evolution scale," as you so eloquently put it) than you do. Where does that put you in relation to the donkey?

Interestingly enough, that photo is a great illustration of consciousness. The donkey, for instance, has consciousness. He has senses, nerves muscles, and a processing engine that can manage all that, hence he has the ability and will to act on his own. It is consciousness that allows the donkey to pull the wheel, and it is consciousness that allows humans to build the wheel and harness the donkey.

The wheel, on the other hand, is non-conscious. Even though it has moving parts and is made up of the same stardust as the donkey, it lacks the ability to sense data, the ability to move, and (most importantly) the ability to think/process data. It lacks these abilities because, even though it's made up of matter, it lacks the proper material systems to produce them.

For the wheel to be conscious, it has to at least be able to think, if not act. Until we can observe that the wheel is doing something besides sitting there and reacting to the forces acting upon it, there is no evidence to suggest that it is conscious.
