Really fucking simple; your subjectively enforced OT biblical prohibitions only apply to one class of citizen: Christians. And even then it's an honest John system; not every Christian finds the threat of hell a compelling consideration when making decisions in his/her daily life. You'll be given a seat at the table in this discussion when there are no Christian divorces (Mark 10:9). Even then, as far as the U.S. is concerned, you will be compelled to make a convincing secular argument that would apply to all of us regardless of religious affiliation. Seems to me that your time and mental health would be better served fucking off; the manner of which I leave to your discretion.
Mat 19:
8 He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so.
9 And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.
10 His disciples say unto him, If the case of the man be so with his wife, it is not good to marry.
11 But he said unto them, All men cannot receive this saying, save they to whom it is given.
