I have more evidence of my parents existence, and have a personal relationship with them. I still don't claim to know 100% they exist.
You and I can't rule out, amongst others:
We are just a brain in a vat/the Matrix etc
Your/my brain is faulty and/or these are false sensations/memories
You may claim to have 100% certainty, but this is a mistake you are making as you cannot know for certain anything at all.
Sure I can, I'm not unrealistic as you seem to be. Live in a vat if that's what pleases you but it does leave you out of reality, now I feel sorry for you.
