There is a good reason why they won't re-order the list. To do so would mean they'd have to evaluate the God claims in the same way they evaluate other claims. Using this methodology Gods existence will always have a lower certainty than almost anything else they believe to exist.
No matter what list is made for those things to exist God must be at the top of list. Without God everything would cease to exist.
