In fact, evidence suggests that. But even if the universe lasts forever without heat death unexpectedly, you're still going to die and decay, OP, and whatever becomes of the parts, or a boltzman brain or whatevwr can't in any sensible manner be called a continuation of your mind any more than any other person is identical with you
