I don't mean to undermine you,i just wanted to tell you that it's okay to come up with stupid stuff.
As Albert Einstein once said,
"To raise new questions, new possibilities, to regard old problems from a new angle, requires creative imagination and marks real advance in science."
Without creative imagination we'd all probably still be in the stone age.
