That's why he couldn't "blink" everyone dead after they sinned.
He had to do it manually with water ....Lots of water!

That's also why he doesn't reply to prayers ... he exhausted all his magic powers just "blinking" us unappreciative bastards into existence!
Yes, God is Omni - many things, but he's not Omni-powerful.
