"Faith" is the ultimate weasel word, it literally means belief based on nothing but wanting the beliefs to be true. (That's not a dig at you, it's a dig at the sneakiness on which religion is built.)
The thing about the religious beliefs is they are all carefully constructed to be non-falsifiable. That makes people afraid in case they get it wrong; but what it actually makes those beliefs is useless, because their truth can never be assessed. Again, sneaky. Truth doesn't require sneakiness.
We're here to support you no matter what you do, whether you stay religious or become atheist. The most important thing is you're a good person. You'll come to your own decisions. Labels aren't especially important.
Thank you for the support. It is a silent conclusion I have come to. Silent because my husband is very religious being the son of a baptist preacher. I choose not to cause problems in my marriage cus this is one thing he will never get. My whole family is religious , and I'm not sure yet how much i reject and how much I don't. Guess I'll figure that out over time. Thanks for being an ear!! [emoji4]
