He managed to convice a third of the population of heaven that something was wrong with their Dear Leader, and the rest of the bible pretty much proves him right.
On one side we have a megalomaniac who at will wipes out as many people as he feels like on any given day. If we don't believe in him or follow his rules, he throws us into a lake of fire. This is the one who supposedly loves us.
On the other side we have a guy who wants to just throw ALL of us into the lake of fire and return to heaven himself.
So we'd be pretty fucked either way.
Satan a hero everyone needs but is too afraid to want. Because Satan in the bible cares about about humans that yaweh does after all he even told jesus don't die and told jesus he needed to eat. So yeah Satan not a bad guy he is just misunderstood if anything.
