I love the way theists like to rant about how much the fictional lord suffered for mankind, enduring the ass whipping he got from the Romans and then being crucified. He did not even last long on the cross it is said that some people lasted days, the good mighty lord lasted about three hours (what a pussy)! Even Pilate was astonished that he died so quickly! Pilate, astonished that he should have died so soon, summoned the centurion and enquired if he had been dead for some time. Mark 15:44 NJB
The two thieves that were crucified next to Christ suffered more than he ever suffered, not to mention that after they were dead they then had to have their legs broken according to tradition. Everyone who was murdered during the inquisition made the crucifixion of Christ pale in comparison. They endured all sorts of torture at the hands of the "holy church" and then were burned alive at the stake.
Not to mention that the story then goes on to say that the good lord came back from the dead and hung around for another 40 days, until he had to float up into the sky to reclaim his throne in heaven. ' It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown' is more believable than the entire bible and all of its tales.

There is nothing people will not maintain when they are slaves to superstition
