I mean it's hard to think of satan as being evil though considering he in the bible is called evil. He is the one after all who knew how fucked up yaweh is.
That and you know god and even jesus lies in the bible it's just that who would trust more a guy who killed people flooding the world have obvious mental issues
or a guy that is called evil and only did 1 evil thing compared to the other evil things the first guy did. And people choose the guy with the mental issues 
who does tons of evil stuff because he keeps saying he is good.
You are evil if you don't believe and obey without exception.  It says that even demons believe but they don't obey so that makes them evil.  God has evil angels to do his dirty work.  They obey but don't believe.  And if you don't believe and obey without exception you get tossed into the lake of fire.  That's one of the primary themes in the Bible.
