I think Shi made a valid point in the OP regarding double standards. I think it would be an interesting and worthwhile discussion to have, if we can all just take a step back, look past some of politically incorrect lingo, and assess the actual point being made. :-)
I think this is an important thing we need to talk about, but people tend to shy away from talking about it due to fear of being politically incorrect or hurting someone's feelings.
