Then they shouldn't complain too much if a Muslim call to prayer is issued in the midst of a ballgame.

There is no reason why a muslim call would be used. It's like saying "let's see how they would react if someone said "Allah dammit" instead of "God dammit". or "Allah bless you" when someone sneezes.". It has nothing to do with God, it's more like saying "i love America".

Is there a single mention of God anywhere that atheists around here won't scream about ? Seriously, calm the fuck down, it's just words, it sounds like an evangelical christian screaming about the purple teletubby being gay sometimes.
