That's kinda racist, KUSA. Or at least, religiously bigoted.
Being a fundamentalist Muslim, in the sense of trying to follow the literal teachings of the Qur'an to the best of their abilities, doesn't make them inclined to violence any more than it does for those who try to follow the literal wording of the Bible (which is, by the way, far more violent than anything I read in the Qur'an). Violent radicalism is a cultural/social thing, which their religious leaders are all too happy to take advantage of for their own continued empowerment.
Is this flight attendant an asshole? Totally. As has already been pointed out, the Qur'an prohibits personal consumption of alcohol by believers, but it has nothing to say about serving it as part of your job, and her Imam should correct her on this element of her theology before she makes the rest of them look any worse.
We can attack the tenets of Islam without making unfair connections between the common practice of even the fundamentalist adherents with the actions of those who believe in the social medievalism still rampant in the Middle Eastern, African, and south Pacific societies where Islam's unfortunate anti-science/thinking patterns have not been broken by an Enlightenment, in the way it happened for western nations previously under the Christian hegemonies that maintained that same medievalist darkness and social structure for centuries.
I'm no more a fan of Islam than any other stupid religion, but I do know many Muslims who are good-hearted people of excellent personal and moral character, in real life. They would find this woman as ridiculous as I do, and for the same reasons. If we allow ourselves to label all Muslims by the actions of their worst members, then we're the same as the Christians who try to compare all atheists to the radical sub-culture of communism and the actions of guys like Stalin and Pol Pot.
It dawns on me that, since Islam is ~600 years younger than Christianity, and our Enlightenment was ~400 years ago, that we should expect the Mideast cultures to catch up to us in roughly the year 2215.

Because I find the entire concept of vicarious blood sacrifice atonement to be morally abhorrent, the concept of holding flawed creatures permanently accountable for social misbehaviors and thought crimes to be morally abhorrent, and the concept of calling something "free" when it comes with the strings of subjugation and obedience perhaps the most morally abhorrent of all... and that's without even going into the history of justifying genocide, slavery, rape, misogyny, religious intolerance, and suppression of free speech which has been attributed by your own scriptures to your deity. I want a refund. I would burn happily rather than serve the monster you profess to love.
