Well, Harvard's probably pretty far extreme, but I wouldn't imagine it's among the absolute most in terms of that. Hahvahd's got a lot of old money and legacies and rich white conservative families too. I'd imagine the incoming classes of MIT, CalTech, and such are even less religulous that Harvard. And, of course, geography has a lot to do with it; state schools, especially in the south, will be pretty heavily Protestant.
It usually comes down to how much your family can pay. You can be an indoctrinated zealot and go to a position of power if you are born on the right crib. And then there are the others that never stood a chance.
