I saw an episode from the documentary makes VICE on this topic.
It was basically showing the Muslim groups over there who are over there and are supposedly allies to America basically just seemed to be making fun of the Americans, taking their money, using their ammunition and running away with it. Some of them were sex offenders, heroin addicts and obviously didn't care about any military missions.
I don't understand why America is pouring money and resources into a country that is halfway around the world from them.

It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
