"I believe in dragons, fairies, orcs, and Klingons... but that Christian over there just told me some shit that's just plain CRAZY!"
Are you trying to tell me Dragons and Klingons aren't real??
How then do you explain all the books and movies with Klingons in them? Or the Klingon language?
Or how I've killed many dragons in Skyrim?
No no no, I'm trying to tell you that they are real. Re-read the shirt!
As you say, we have evidence in book format, and I have personally interacted with them in my imagination many times.
Only the Christians believe in really CRAZY things, like talking snakes and donkeys, and an invisible and a "Loving Lord of All Goodness" whom their stories make sound so despotic, genocidal, and rape-y that Sauron and Melkor look like cubscouts by comparison.
Like I said, dragons I can believe... but the Christians are just plain NUTS!
A Christian told me: if you were saved you cant lose your salvation. you're sealed with the Holy Ghost
I replied: Can I refuse? Because I find the entire concept of vicarious blood sacrifice atonement to be morally abhorrent, the concept of holding flawed creatures permanently accountable for social misbehaviors and thought crimes to be morally abhorrent, and the concept of calling something "free" when it comes with the strings of subjugation and obedience perhaps the most morally abhorrent of all... and that's without even going into the history of justifying genocide, slavery, rape, misogyny, religious intolerance, and suppression of free speech which has been attributed by your own scriptures to your deity. I want a refund. I would burn happily rather than serve the monster you profess to love.
