Yeah, I've heard of these schemes. They can't just ban them like they want, so they over regulate the hell out of it when they can. They don't care that this is counter productive to what they're supposedly against. They don't really care about abortion am pregnancy. they just want to control women. Education, condoms, pills, and clinics would solve problems that run rampant in the south. They don't care that abstinence only doesn't work.
