In regards to Christmas, if it is an excuse to commit as many of the 7 Deadly Sins as possible, I would be inclined to give a pass.
For instance;
*Lust, a little Christmas lay perhaps, Oh Come all Ye Faithful
*Gluttony, eat until you can't walk
*Greed, dammit, where are m PRESENTS !!
*Sloth, sleep all day after gorging on food !!!
*Wrath, don't give presents to anyone who vexes you, take that, Aunt Edna !!
*Envy, why isn't my present as nice/expensive/shiny/coveted as Billy's ??
*Pride, Damn, this is a sweet Corvette I bought myself for Christmas, praise Jesus !!!
