He'll get 10 years if they charge him with so much as a traffic infraction btw, Florida is a 10/20/Life state, mandatory minimums. Remember a few years back when politicians stumped into office on a law granting floridians the states seal of approval to both carry loaded weapons in their vehicles -and- shoot from them when they felt "threatened"? Elderly folks at the voting booths....worried that a carjacker will get them before cancer does, providing the backdrop in which a moron like this feels comfortable in his decision to be a moron.
