Oh, I think that depends on the deity being postulated. For instance, if the bible is an accurate depiction of the nature and the actions of the god within it - creating light before any light source, plants before the Sun, fixing tiny lamps into the dome of the sky and so on - I think a case can be made that that deity doesn't exist.
