They have two cases coming up that are controversial. The Texas abortion law that places stricter requirements on clinics and their physicians and the affirmative action case where a white person is suing a Texas college for discrimination based on race.

Anyone have any opinions. Mine, the abortion clinic/staff requirement law is to restrictive. The discrimination law suit is a joke.
