You know, in the south they LOVE the Grand Ole Opry.

In all seriousness this is a tough situation.  The Repubs want to cut taxes and the size of the government.  The people need a lot of help.  Their housing in pretty much junk now and countless businesses have been damaged if not destroyed.  The infrastructure is in shambles.  So if they follow the Repub playbook no one, including the States, will get any federal aid.  And if the Feds do shell out $Billions then the bastards will whine about the increase in spending and how Obama is spending like a drunken sailor and running up the national debt.  On top of that if people get aid for their flooded property they won't participate in the flood insurance program.  

It's a good time to nail the Repubs to the wall and make them go on record.
