One was to please the corrupted dictatorship of Indira Gandhi and the other was to convince the people that there was a problem with terrorism so in this way the security services got more power.
People died and innocent people end up in jail but of course the interests of these criminals came first.

Sarkar always keep well away from all Hindu dogmas and considering that Hinduism is based mainly on dogmas there is almost nothing that unite AM with Hinduism.
The caste system.
The dowry that has got to be paid by the bride.

The mantra.
The many Gods.
The untouchability.
If you really think that Sarkar took from Hinduism then you can also say that Sarkar took from any other religions.
They all believe in God, they all preach peace and fraternity and so many other things.
