Loaded question, as whether a killing is indeed murder is dependent on who is killed, who does the killing, and why.

Yet the same people that consider abortion to be murder will claim that it's okay for God to kill babies.

Yes. Why do you say "yet" here?

Did those babies do something different that the aborted fetuses didn't (thus, making it their fault), or is the difference here that it's okay for God to do the killing?

If it's the first, I doubt you can prove that. If it's the second, you just proved my point.

It's the second, and no, it doesn't prove your point. That a human killing another human may be murder does not necessarily imply that god killing a human is murder, any more than it implies that a human killing an animal is murder.
