No I've heard voices twice and the other time I don't even remember the details of anymore and it was milder.
I've been on mental health wards before for other reasons but that would have been more than enough to admit to a ward.
And no it wasn't atheist doctors saying that because a bunch of them were religious and as far as I know my Psych was a Christian too. To be a fucking professional you have to keep your beliefs separate from fucking medicine and health.
ok i was just wondering often people just bypass the MD and go straight to a psych , yes i agree that wouldve landed you on a psych ward if you went to your psych and told him/her that . psychiatrists are not absolute gurus of knowledge their diagnosis is based on unscientific personal opinion , personal beliefs and opinions is definately what determines a diagnosis of the mind . that is why one psychiatrist will diagnose you and another psychiatrist will consider it a misdiagnosis and have the opinion that it is something else entirely .
Imagine there's no heaven It's easy if you try No hell below us Above us only sky Imagine all the people Living for today
Imagine there's no countries It isn't hard to do Nothing to kill or die for And no religion too Imagine all the people Living life in peace You may say I'm a dreamer But I'm not the only one I hope someday you will join us And the world will be as one - John Lennon
