Okay, she has now gone onto TV, with her nephew, and said she was never comfortable with naming her nephew in the lawsuit,

but that her reasons for suing were basically because she wanted the home insurance of her nephew's parents to pay for her medical bills, and under State law where she is, a person must be named as a target of the lawsuit, or something.
