My concern with religious people is that their religion is making them unhappy, or at least less happy than they would be without it. There's many reasons for this. But in your case, without the religious dogma, I can understand your relationship making you happy. It's not hurting anyone as far as I can tell, which is often not true of religion.
So I'm happy for you!
i agree with that i think religion is harmful and has been all along . religion has caused more wars and more destruction racism and hate than any other thing thats ever been invented but i do believe one day religions will no longer exist . i just started a thread on a christian website (but atheists and people of other religions go there too) about the westboro baptist church and how they are protesting tomorrow against kim davis and her hypocrisy about gay marriage yes the ultra conservative church that hates gays . but if theyre going to start protesting against christian hypocrisy now and it looks like they are some small protests today outside churches i cant be against that .
They are still a hateful church but i just cant be against anyone protesting against the hypocrisy of religious people lol .The people at westboro baptist are probabally the biggest hypocrites themselves but anti hypocrisy is a good overall message ...... so still a hateful religious cult but to see them or anyone protesting publicly against religious hypocrisy thats great hope they shift all their focus to that , and that could be actually happening i dont think any church has really ever done that before . yes i think religion does make a lot of people unhappy , their filled with hate and fear and people around them are judged unfairly and made to feel bad . its absolutely the worst thing humanity has ever created !
