Christians - even the Bible says that Jesus was not God so why do you say he was ?

that is what split christianity with judaism the assertion that jesus was God ... that is what landed jesus on the cross is the misunderstanding by the jews that jesus was claiming to be God thats what the jews took issue with .

Why did they think he was claiming to be god?

if they were expecting God incarnate dont you think they wouldve been welcoming to the concept instead of angry ?

They would have been welcoming to a divine messiah who endorsed them. They were angry because Jesus said things like:

Matt 23
27 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs which indeed appear beautiful outwardly, but inside are full of dead men’s bones and all uncleanness. 28 Even so you also outwardly appear righteous to men, but inside you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness.

...which is just one of numerous charges against them.

because jesus told some jews that their God was abraham and he had a relationship with God and they did not they just had a relationship with abraham , and said before abraham was I AM (his God) ... the jews used this as evidence that he thought he was God . jesus never said before abraham he existed as I AM

The Hebrews believed God is One, and had neither wife nor children in any literal sense.  Paul  invented the idea that jesus was God incarnate + Christians who came from a Greek or Roman background. In their heritage, ‘son of God’ signified an incarnation of a god or someone born of a physical union between male and female gods. This can be seen in Acts 14: 11-13, where we read that when Paul and Barnabas preached in a city of Turkey, pagans claimed they were gods incarnate. They called Barnabas the Roman god Zeus, and Paul the Roman god Hermes.
