Science us a means to prove things.
The source of existence isn't proven. The closest we've gotten is the big bang. If that is a good guess if how things as we know them started then I goes along with ancient writings pretty well. "Let there be light" sounds like a pretty good description of an event similar to the big bang.
Like I was saying; science can't go back any further than the big bang. Just because we can't accurately speculate about our source prior to the big bang means automatic, no creative force, huh? Yeah that's some quality thinking there.
Beyond that; prior to written history man has exclaimed God. He wasn't lying. He just couldn't describe it fully or without greedy intentions in many cases. Such is the way of God and man.

Bold mine. People don't have to lie to be wrong. They can be mistaken. They can be deluded. If you think you can exclude both those possibilities from a 2000 year old textual account, you're living in a fantasy land.
Please don't say I can't prove they weren't telling the truth, that's the argument from ignorance fallacy. Some people seem to use it as punctuation. Please, everyone, learn why this is a mistake in logic.
