Since they haven't taken office yet, it's's hard to say what they will do. But going from 59 seats in the senate to 53 means a great deal. A lot harder to invoke cloture and there are 23 dems up for election in 2 years. You don't think that will affect their votes after seeing what happened in Nov.?
