Well, the community that I am most familiar with that is closest to where the brunt of the storm will hit is Melaque / San Patricio / Barra de Navidad. There are a few tens of thousands of people living there, and typical construction standards are... not likely to withstand 200mph winds.
There are properties that were partially destroyed in the last big hurricane (1997) that are still unrepaired. There's a lot of poverty.
Manzanillo is not far away, that is a sizeable city. Puerto Vallarta will get hammered as well, and we're talking 6 figure population.
Hopefully, the storm will just be a storm by the time it reaches Guadalajara - there are millions of people there.
