Most of us here are 6 on the Dawkins scale and the claim is almost invariably made by the theists trying to put words in our mouths than as per the OP.
If pushed I'll rule out the biblical deity as utterly false as the text (OT) itself is a forgery circa 450 BCE.
In my experience you'll get a hostile reaction (from baptists) to anything short of a confirmation of their own beliefs (including 'agnostic', non-believer' and 'non-religious') so attempting to molly-coddle them is an utter waste of time.
