How the hell can the matter produce elements that are superior in their evolutionary level as air
and water?

There is no such thing as "elements superior in their evolutionary level" and neither air nor water are chemical elements. Evolution has nothing to do with elements - it's a biological process. Children learn this - unless they're particularly stupid, or their parents don't give a sh*t about them. Possibly - both.

You are headstrong than i thought.  
For elements i refer to the original meaning not the modern chemical elements.
