That is the universal law of the universe, "this is the way that particles interact,period". You're welcome,scientists searching for that ultimate law.
Science does the job of discovering why this is the way it is. Science cannot know how this universal law of the universe came into being.
It's almost as if someone or something set a base as a design and the world sort of build itself on that base.
Why would you make that leap? Without evidence, why would you decide that the laws of physics are proscriptive, rather than descriptive?
But I'm right though aren't I?
It's impossible to determine how this universal law of the universe came into being. To assume that it was created(sorry,designed) by something or someone would be the most logical thing to do
