Just off the top of my head - not being allowed to congregate and worship freely, not being allowed to wear religious symbols like crosses, etc, not being allowed to speak about your faith to others, being denied rights given to the general population because you are christian, being put in jail for practicing your faith. I think it's pretty common knowledge what persecution of christians is.
As far as christian persecution toward others, there is an equivalent version of it. It's just not as prevalent these days as it has been in other times.
