We have nationalistic partys here in Portugal too. They exist for a while, and are taking advantage of the happenings to preach their shit. Xenophobia is a real thing. Usually backed up with slippery slide rethoric.
I agree 100%. It is one thing to blast and cuss out religion making excuses for horrible acts. It is ok to point out that the holy book(any religion) is where the words are coming from that they dig their excuses from. BUT it is NOT ok to treat non violent humans, regardless of what we think of their absurd claims, as if they are a sub species. Religion is the cause of human divisions. But in saying that humans cannot lose sight that we are not a separate species.
