Let me ask a philosophical question.
If the west didn't get involved in their dealings ever, would the middle east be a peace loving theocracy?
Or will their own versions of region cause this turmoil from the inside anyway?
So basically, barbarians who haven't progressed are just doing what barbarians do.
But then no country in the west is peace loving, the some of most barbaric attacks on humanity have been done by the west, just with better technology.
I think that the world would be better off without the war in Iraq and Afghanistan. The old regimes would still be there but I have a feeling ISIS wouldn't, and the citizens of the west wouldn't have had to pay all the money it cost to go to war.
What happened with Bin Laden is similar to what's happening now. One man with a team of a few men who shares his ideology attacks the twin towers. The answer to the problem is to bomb one of the the worlds poorest countries. Saddam Hussain is taken out and I don't keep up to date with politics much but I don't thing Iraq is now a peaceful democratic country.
