Rapists do not rape women simply because they happen to find a particular woman attractive. They rape because they have a desire to dominate, demean, and dehumanize women. It's borne of a deep-seated hatred and disregard for women in a general sense. Such a level of disdain results in a need to control and humiliate women through violence. Rape is first and foremost, an act of violence; sex is just the weapon employed.
Seeing a woman that's scantily-clad will not drive a man to rape who does not already have the predilection to do so. A man has to have a need to smash and bash, and to punish in order to do such a thing...and what women wear or don't wear won't change that.
